Todays crap just sums this blog up - it's about my shit and what it looks like each day.
This particular poop was the work of greek salad, sirloin steak and noodles. The red tint you can see is from the red peppers.
Very smelly but in a earthy way. Also sticky and wet, probably would like a tad more solidness.
