A recent shit

I just haven't had my camera around recently when doing a poop, so it's been a bit quiet on the blog, but he's a classic mushy one.

Todays plop

My shitting times have been odd recently.

So I've not had the camera handy, but this morning I got a two-parter softy in the pan.

Smelled bad.

Recently I've been doing two-parters, twice a day.

Ingredients - chicken kebab, salad. protein drink.

No shit for a day

Yes, no shit for a day. I guess I cut back on my salad, only having one salad yesterday and some fruit juice. Guess fruit juice 'without pith' doesn't have the same fibre content!

Anyway todays shit was solid, and 'popped' out of it's hidey hole.

Beef curry was the main ingredient for this two-stage poop.

Monday morning crap

A good solid shit this morning....exiting was last nights roast beef, carrots, cabbage and potatoes.

Yum!

Shit at the in-laws

Was at the inlaws this weekend...the diet there lacks the usual fibre I'm used to. As a result the shits hardened up into probably 'ideal' crap consistency but give it another 24 hours and I'd be constipated on their diet.

Anyway, here are the two shits from the weekend, image quality is poor as I had to take them with my mobile phone which has no flash :

Todays (lamb kebab) crap

Yesterday's seekh kebabs (lamb kebabs with garlic and spice) came out a treat. Todays crap looks more like diaoreha but trust me, it felt good getting that out. My intestine feels empty and clean.

Lots of salad yesterday, mostly tomatoes and cucumber too.

Yes, it smelled bad. Real bad.
